Class members must complete an online booking form giving full contact details and notify the class leader if any details change.
Fees are payable via a monthly subscription according to each term, booking is for full term (or weeks left) and 4 weeks notice must be given to cancel (based on current class cost per week) and is only refunded in exceptional circumstances.
All children must be accompanied by an adult who remains solely responsible for them before, during and after the class.
Adults are asked to participate as fully as possible in all the activities and encourage their child to do so too as much as possible whilst trying to maintain social distancing as marked out in your class.
Mini Maestros accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
For health and safety reasons, eating is NOT allowed during classes at any time (unless medically necessary). Drinks should be taken away from the activities.
In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel a class. If this occurs, the class teacher will make every reasonable effort to inform class members in advance. If a class has to be cancelled, the cost of the class will be deducted from your next subscription payment.
Older siblings are welcome if inset days etc. coincide with classes.
Equipment is now supplied either by attendees purchasing new or renting the instruments. Emails will be received each week advising what will be needed and ideas of props etc. will be given as per the online sessions.
